Boo for Breakfast!
Boo for Breakfast!
Calling all ghosts and goblins! There's nothing spooky about having a good breakfast....unless you're having a bunch of "BOO" for your morning meal. These little fellas are easily accomplished. Simply boil eggs and embellish with a ghostly countenance. Let your little goblins enjoy. (Hint: Make some for your big goblins, too.)
With 6 grams of protein per egg, this breakfast is a great way to start the day.
You can use a black marker, but for safety's sake, we recommend you use a food-safe marker. (Honestly, I did try to make some with a permanent marker and some did leach through to the egg. Blech! Those didn't make it to the table. Better safe than sorry when it comes to our food supply!) For added fun, let the kids decorate their own! How fun. Why should we curtail egg decorating to once a year? Now, you can have your egg and decorate it, too!
